Information We Collect & Use

We collect vehicle location data (via GPS/OBD-II), battery health, diagnostic info, dealership VIN and stock, user account details, device tamper status, and geofencing alerts. This data enables real-time vehicle tracking, dashboard analytics, battery and geofence notifications, and customer support.

Tracking data is retained for the active service agreement’s duration, with purging and secure deletion occurring within set periods after termination. Backup data is wiped within 90 days of account closure.

Data Retention & Compliance Guidelines

Active tracking data is retained during service. Historical reports are kept for 12 months then archived. Account info is retained for 7 years. Deleted data is cryptographically wiped, ensuring complete removal from systems and backups.

ease. maintains compliance with CCPA, GDPR (for international transfers), and automotive data standards. Where required, customers and dealerships have options for consent, opt-out, and data portability.
